Junior Orchestra
At Bible Baptist Church the Junior Orchestra ministry teaches children the importance of serving God even while they are young. The Junior Orchestra is comprised of elementary-school-aged children who are learning to play musical instruments and have a desire to honor God with their talents.
Pastor McCubbins writes all of the arrangements for the music played by the Junior Orchestra. He takes special care to create the parts based on the children’s individual levels of proficiency in playing their instruments.
The Junior Orchestra has regular rehearsals in which the children learn the value of practicing in order to refine their skills and thus give God their very best.
When the children have mastered a piece of music, the Junior Orchestra is given the opportunity to perform in the church services and at the convalescent home ministries.
