Honduras
Bible Baptist Church first became involved in Honduras in 1998. Pastor McCubbins went to hold a seminar with pastors and leaders and got caught in the notorious Hurricane Mitch. It was a blessing in disguise.
 
 He was able to see the devastation and suffering first hand. When he returned to the States he was able to put churches across the country directly in touch with churches in Honduras that needed help to recover. He was in the right place at the right time!
Pastor McCubbins has returned to Honduras many times to help the pastors and leaders who have grown to highly respect him for his ability to make the difficult passages in Scripture easy to understand.
 Pastor McCubbins is presently involved in helping the pastors in San Pedro Sula start their own Bible institute. Our church is providing them with the necessary teaching materials on DVD.
This will make it possible for them to offer classes that they do not presently have professors to teach. Pastor McCubbins will be traveling to Honduras to actually show them how to make this a reality.
 Bible Baptist Church is excited to be part of this new ministry.
